Electric Vehicle Battery Packages
Electric vehicles have become a hot commodity for consumers over the past number years. This project involved developing multiple models to package different car battery types for tight packing and efficient heat dissipation. The different configurations allow for different spatial constraints. These models were developed for a very popular electric car company. Below are some samples of various parts and assemblies. These were modeled via PTC Creo and Autodesk Inventor; thermally simulated with ANSYS; and prototyped with the uPrint via CatalystEX
